That's episode "Louise," which I've written about. Louise was a rich LA trust fund baby, who blew a huge inheritance on...stuff. Jeremy also appeared in her follow-up episode.
EDIT: I was totally having a mind fart when I wrote the above yesterday! Louise was actually on H:BA, not Hoarders, and the episode was called "One is Good, Two is Better." Her follow-up episode was called "Hoarding: Buried Alive: Last Chance: Louise."

According to the update, Louise was living--with roommates--in an apartment building owned by a friend. She was restricted to her room only, and had to follow strict guidelines, and inspections, about how much...STUFF...she could have. I'd love to see if she's still there, or if that fell apart because she ultimately couldn't comply. And I'd really like to know what happened to all her stuff!
