Are you scared of clowns?

The clown with massive mood swings. When that guy showed up at the door, dressed as a clown, to greet the doctor... I knew that wasn't going to turn out well. Total red flag.

Clowns don't scare me. Of course, it depends where you see them. In the circus, that's okay. If someone did what you said, that has to be an issue.

Rereading what I wrote before, I realize that I was sort of vague, so I should elaborate for anyone who didn't catch the episode.

It's episode #44, in season 4, and aired June 27th, 2011, called, "Billy Bob & Jean."

Billy Bob is big and tall and fat, easily dwarfing the other people. And he's a hoarder who is in denial of being a hoarder, wallowing in his own garbage and toys and endangering his wife with it all, and wrestling with childhood issues, and he likes to dress up as a clown. Dr. Robin Zasio is assigned to help him. She rings the doorbell and he answers the door dressed as a clown, acting fake and goofy and jovial. A real nice guy?

Of course, once his therapy gets even the slightest bit rough, you see his dark side. He starts acting really mean and grumpy to the doctor, to his family, to everyone, barking frivolous orders at people like to sweep the floor, threatening people and acting sinister and menacing. He walks with a cane, but wields it like a bludgeon. At one point, he even asks, “Did I stutter?” Just like the clown from Devil's Rejects. He also says stuff like, "I don’t care if you like it, this is the Billy Bob show!” A total bully. Then he kicks everyone, film crew included, off his property.

Finally, they manage to get rid of his crap, but he was so creepy and... a total clown!
