I watched it last night.

First thing one would like to mention is David Dastmalchian was good. Actually, the entire cast was good. A bunch of unknowns that did a nice job.

This one caught my attention. About the first hour into it, I was thinking "Hey this is interesting".

So, you're tuned in, really interested in what happens.....

Unfortunately, for me anyway, it morphed into predictable horror movie violence, like a typical drive-in B movie.

I would have preferred something out of the box. A conclusion much more original would have been nice.

I also liked it less and less as it went on. By the end it was just ridiculous. The comparisons to the British kids' TV show Ghostwatch are apt, as it was about as subtle (though actually much less scary).

I wish it could have gone in a different direction, as the film-makers clearly put a lot of effort into creating the 70s setting. It felt wasted.

Yeah, as it went on, it became typical. Obvious.

But what happened, with me anyway, I was interested enough to find out what would happen.

I cant speak for "Ghostwatch" - never seen it.

WIth "LNWTD" - I'd have liked a totally fresh, different , out of the box conclusion.

Yeah, right, wasted. When it ended - "Geez, that's it?" - is how I felt.

I liked how it got more absurd as it went on. It starts out like a typical late 70s talk show and by the end all hell is breaking loose.

Just a really original, funny, entertaining horror from start to finish IMO.

It disappointed me but I don't think being a B-movie is a bad thing.

I absolutely loved it! It is 7 on IMDB but I think it’s more an 8 or 9.
