Just wondering if her "condition" could be an elaborate plot to get her inside McQuaid because they suspected them (him) all along...

That would be a good twist. The live/hate play is being done really well, with him -- I find myself ambivalent about the character, great smile but hard eyes, hard side / soft side, alluring / repelling -- the actor's good, and it's a good role. 8 Grounded really brings his character out -- all the question marks laid bare -- I think he'll wriggle out, his alibi seems obvious, but the questions will remain. Makes me want to see the next installment, which I suppose is the point.

Do you guys actually watch the show? She's been alone several times now with her condition flaring up and almost causing her death.
If the show did this, they would be using a huge cheat. Ridiculous summation.
