Bad bartender and/or ripping off the blind guy?

In the episode where the CIA found out about Annie's heart condition, anyone else notice the beer the bartender drew for Augie in the scene where he was about to meet Haley to break-up with her? It was literally 40% foam.

It makes me think of the motel scene in Memento. :)

Actually, I did notice, and was starting to think I was the only one. I was half-expecting Auggie to sense it somehow (like maybe the foam tickled his nose or something) and complain about it. That would've added a little humour, at least.
