On s1 ep 1 (have kids so it takes me a long time to finish per episode lol) and when they introduce Joan I really thought she was Phoebe from Friends!! And came here to see if its her but was surprised that its same actress who was in 24 and I just finished 24! Lol

shareI can see the resemblance, but I didn’t mistake one of these actresses for the other.
However, what I did mistake was Mira Sorvino (who is doing a run of the TV show ‘Falling Skies’) for Kudrow. I had to go to the show’s IMDb page to check. While the actresses are similar, I think my ‘flub’ was less about them looking so much alike, and more about not having watched them in anything for a while.
Funny, in a way, when someone you are used to seeing every week goes-missing-for-a-minute, how easily you can mistake them for someone else.
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies.
I hadnt seen Friends in years and I only saw first 2 seasons of Friends, so was easy for me to mistake them
