Season 4 "Dead" deleted scene person

I was wondering who it was who played Murray in the deleted scene in season 4 (disc 3 for those who are wondering) "Dead". He looks so familiar and I don't think he's been a regular in the show. It is a scene where Auggie has been demoted and is now working IT. Link is below to the photo if it works...

Found him...just happened to be looking up some ER stuff and realized it is J.P. Manoux!

Wow, so that's how I know him! It bugged me a lot. Didn't make the connection, although I was an ER fan (maybe less of the season he was in). Thanks!
