When Annie is in Istanbul, she's wearing a scarf. No other western-looking woman is. As a spy, wouldn't you know not to put focus on yourself? in the next shot, the scarf is gone.....

You can see a few kinds of "scarfs" in Muslim countries. The kind that Annie weared; you can call it "modern" style. It's not the kind that conservative women weared. Modern (secular muslim or foreign) women prefer this style, during "religious" acts like going to a mosque or attending a funeral.
So; it was unnecessary, I think! I also realized the missing of the scarf in the next shot.
One more thing; at one scene, Annie was saying (in Turkish): You should know, I speak perfect Arabic and Turkish.
Oh my! Her "perfect" Turkish was horrible! I had to watch the scene couple of times to understand what she said. But I'm not judging her. Because Turkish is probably one of the most difficult languages in the world. 😂
