According to SweetPro's facebook page, it was written by Louis and SweetPro for the show. The vocalist is Giselle Bellas.
It should be noted that many of the songs on Louis are complete originals written only for the show. They're just so well done that it's difficult to tell which ones are licensed songs and which ones are originals.
