What is with this dude?I guess if it makes the show better that's cool but how many times can he get away with this before they tell him to eat a dick?He must have some pics of the boss with his secretary or something.

He's probably like Larry David is with Curb your enthusiasm. He can make a season or take a break whenever he wants.
