It plays right after the guy with the truck full of ducks leaves Louie at the river to go back to his car...the song was alleviating and beautiful, following Louie's series of discouraging moments. Christmas present stress, alone for Christmas, witnessing the death of librarian GF, and being disappointed by the Yangtze river.
