Those are the types of women that he is attracted to. People complain about always dating "losers" all of the time. So, the question becomes, "What is the constant in all of these equations?" And if they are honest, they will admit that they are.
If you are attracted to a certain type, but never have any successful or even normal relationships...we-ell, maybe you might want to expand your horizons a little bit. If everybody you come in contact with is "crazy", doesn't that say something about you? And your tastes? Because obviously there are people out there that have satisfactory, long term, loving relationships. Friends that don't take advantage of them, and successful partnerships. Luck and circumstances play a part, but are not the only factors. I mean who would expect to have a normal relationship with some stranger that picks them up in their car, to show him her pu**y? Or go to some stranger's house, in an area you don't know anything about, you don't know the person's name, but you have sex with them? Oh, that sounds like it won't have you in pieces in their freezer. Sure.
