I don't want your single blade razor.

There's a reason we moved on from those. Much easier to nick yourself with those.

Wow it's so hard to clean my Gillette Proglide 5 blade razor. NOT. It rinses very easily.

Yah it's better to handle a bare blade when rinsing it. No potential for a serious cut there.

I have that razor, and I really like it! I'd been looking for one of those for a few years, since I didn't like the multiple-blade types. I had resigned myself to trying to find an old, used safety razor, when I saw an ad for this one, and my local grocery store had them on their "As Seen On TV" shelf. By the way, I didn't buy it because of the "Pawn Stars" connection, since I really dislike the idiots on that show!

For a mans face the less blades the better. Try to find a decent 1 blade. Always scrub your face before, use a hot towel and wrap it around your face. Shave and every few minutes wash your face with warm water.

I like eggs

I buy a bag of single blade disposable razors at the local grocery store. They stay sharp for a week's worth of shaves at least. They don't gunk up like the multiblades. They shave just as smooth. A bag of twelve costs around 3 bucks. Just like on the show, if you deal with the Pawn Stars guys you are going to get ripped off.

Also, a bar of hand soap produces a lather just as good as the can stuff and much cheaper.

I really miss being able to get a hot shave at a barber shop. I used to treat myself to one every now and then, but none of the barbers in my area do it anymore, because of (or so I've been told) the fear of aids if they nick someone and cause them to bleed. Actually, before I was told that, I had thought it was just a case of liability insurance or something.
