Ghostbusters HQ in The Iceman, mirrored!?

Hi all, am I just crazy or did the makers put an ode to Ghostbusters in this film?

At around 15 minutes, we see an establishing shot of the NYC streets with a corner building "Hook and Ladder" 5 or 8 (couldn't read the number well enough in the shot). It looked like the Ghostbusters Headquarters building, but then HORIZONTALLY FLIPPED!

If you go to Google Maps and enter "14 N Moore St, new york" you'll see that same building, currently a firestation "Hook and Ladder 8". Also the surrounding buildings look sort-of the same, details different though.

So if they actually put this in, they had to do a lot just to digitally flip the shot using CG, right? Or maybe they even modelled the entire building, since the film is shot in 2011 or 2012 and it had to look 70s style.

Anyone else can confirm this? It's not in the 'trivia' section.

I immediately thought Ghostbusters too, but just assumed that they had a few stations designed that way in New York.

Yeah i thought that too, googled for more hook & ladder locations but couldn't find one. Also if you look at the details of the surrounding buildings, it's striking. So my guess is they filmed it, and mirrored the scene and (partly) rebuild it using CG / 3D modelled versions.
