Has anyone read the WIFE's book?

I was on amazon looking at Carlo's book and in the description it said:

"Carlo's presentation of Kuklinski uninterrupted does, however, make for nice comparative reading with the killer's wife's book, Married to the Iceman (1994)."

So I started a search for her book but it's absolutely nowhere to be found :(
Has anyone read it? How is it?

I looked also. More than Likely it's out of print.
