Could've used the FBI more.
I did enjoy the movie, but the FBI agent just popped up in the end and the movie was over. They should've had a few scenes with the FBI hot on Kuklinski's trail to add a layer of depth and tension for us viewers.
I know the budget was only 10 million which is low.
