The real iceman? Since he was the one freezing the bodies & killing those people and storing them in I've cream trucks?

Yes he was but since he was dead, Richard was tagged for the crimes.

Shannon calls himself, "The Iceman" at the end. Not sure if this is just added or the actual tape. Haven't done enough research to really back that up tho. Just thought that was interesting.
