Bit disappointed
Moving far from the fact that his book was a pack of lies or not, that isn't the point for me.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book The ice man and was made up to hear they where gonna make it into a motion picture.
However, I felt I was left a bit short changed.
When you consider the stories from his book about the murders :
- Feeding the guy to the rats and filming it.
- Shoving the credit cards up the guys ass after he killed him.
- Burning the guys dick and balls off with the flair stick or blow torch or whatever.
I felt the actual scenes of him killing people where left a little short, they should have included alot more of these death/murder scenes in the film, than focus on his "relationships" with the many characters in the film.
We already know that he was a cold hear-ted, callous, psychotic bastard, we didn't need to see this, I wanted to see how he carried out his work.
There was not enough of that in the film for me.
