Of course. You just don't understand the struggles of this type of life. Having to kill people for a living just to put food on the table. Have you ever been in a tough spot financially because there weren't enough hits in a month so you did some stuff on the side? And then your boss finds out and suspends you for an unknown number of time? You don't know how horrible it is not to be allowed to kill people so you can be the man of the house and provide for the family.

Of course, you were meant to empathise with him as a family man and as an abused child. However, to identify with a killer like that would take some seriously sociopathic tendencies. Fortunately, I'm not there yet.
