... Jamie Hyneman from Mythbusters in the Cuckooland scene. The song has a line about no bushy mustaches and a character in a white shirt and a beret gets their big bushy moustache plucked off.
shareThat's funny, but personally, I think you're seeing something that wasn't meant as such. I've never seen an episode in which Jamie wears a scarf, and the shirt and pants have paint spots on them -- so I'm guessing that it was meant to be some French painter type of character. Also, not only does the Hyneman sport a walrus moustache, but also a beard, which that Lego character doesn't have.
