Bateman is a much better actor than Reynolds
Watching this again for the first time since it came out in theatres. Bateman does a great job impersonating Reynolds, but Reynolds doesn't even try to mimic Bateman. Never even once did I believe Bateman brain was inside Reynolds's body, it's just slightly more stiff Ryan Reynolds. I don't think anyone realized at the time but Reynolds is so fucking one-note and boring. Deadpool in every movie. Bateman should be a much bigger actor because he did a great job acting as two separate characters.
