What if the genders were switched?......

Especially if one were to just look at the posters themselves. How interesting (and almost radical) would it be if the movie was about two women who switched bodies. And the poster showed one woman looking horrified at taking care of two babies, and the other woman looking all happy and "oooh lucky me" with two hot men on either side of her with their arms around her looking at her with desire.

Would it have been more controversial? That type of story has never really been dealt with before. There are still plenty of stereotypes about how "all women" want to be mothers, and "all women" don't like to sleep around and have fun, or be in threesomes with two men. And of course the "shocking" reality (shocking to society at large that is) is that all of that is in fact not true at all.
