Best movie ever!

wow. this movie totally shakes the standards! Aunts all over the country will be shocked at this attempt to attack the establishment. Director Harmione Korine continues his masterful depictions of crazy people and it totally makes the point of shocking the burgeosy and the conformist middle class. It is even shot to look ugly, I mean, that is really daring. Not even the master of the dark side, Tim Burton, has dared to shoot a movie to look ugly.

Totally groundbreaking, like Jackass way back when. Mark my words, in a few years, you will feel great to say I SAW IT.

Peace.

Are you really comparing Burton to Harmony Korine ?

Master of the dark side ? are you kiddin me ?

Did you see Trash Humpers yet ? I hope you're trolling because it's one of the most pathetic post I've ever seen. Makes me feel bad to be one of Korine's fans.

Guys... are you really not picking up on the sarcasm in that original post? Really?

That review is spot-on providing you understand sarcasm.

Really? Worst film you ever saw? Well, my next one will be better. Hello? Hello?

Experimental film-making can have its merits despite the obvious challenges they often present (e.g. lack of narrative, unconventional film-making techniques). Even so, Trash Humpers is one of the most awful films I have ever seen. I don't care if it's 'experimental', because it has no aesthetic beauty at all. Yes, cry and say 'BUT THAT'S A REFLECTION OF THE PEOPLE IN IT', but the matter of fact is; the film is ugly, the message of Trash Humpers being a by-product of mainstream society is terribly obscured by the film's pretentiousness and essentially it just felt like Korine dicking around with a camera. That's all there is to it.

So you actually can't defend this film?

I haven't seen the film. I'm merely pointing out that you seem to have forgotten that taste is subjective.

Korine was just dicking around with a camera. Well done. (not sarcasm, as much as it may seem like it)

By-product of mainstream society? LOL, no.

Having said that, I love the movie a lot.
