If you're hip these two should definetly be in your top 10 of the year. Both are visual *beep* by twisted auteurs. And I hear Gaspar Noe and Harmony Korine are BFF's. But which one hit you harder?

i wont know if ps3 has it available or not for another week. i was banned from psn! so i called and inquired about it. very embarrasing! if u are talking to someone, and he says, ur banned till the 21st, just say....ok cool. dont say. oh yeah why. because its embarrasing! anyawy...cant wait to watch both movies. i love both directors with such a rare passion. cant WAIT for trash humpers. looks like period peice to me.
shareKorine's film works better as a piece of art (which makes sense in its own demented, trashy universe). Noe's film fails, it's far too long, too blatant-I mean to show the spirit being literally reborn, I mean C'MON (to quote Gob Blueth).
Korine's piece has it's predecessors-LVT's The Idiots, CKY, song and dance numbers, home video, bootlegged media, and a dash of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
I think Harmonie was in the opening credits for Enter The Void...

Enter the Void wasn't the best film I've seen by a long shot but it was visually amazing & emotionally draining at times.
To be fair, I couldn't even make it past 8 minutes of Trash Humpers & I felt that was too much. Just plain awful. Maybe there was a big revelation in acting & plot afterward but I skipped through parts & saw pretty much the exact same 'garbage' throughout.
I'd rather watch the IMDB bottom 100 8 times over.

shareit's a good question because Harmony and Gaspar have both been good friends for a while and have even appeared together on film. personally i prefer trash humpers. i loved enter the void too, though. the visuals are beautiful.
