how did the wolf know about the rabbit?


in the beginning of the movie. the rabbit that she and peter chased when they're a child and she killed it. wasn't it only peter there with her? that's why i thought the wolf was peter?

But didn't he say he'd make boots or something for her?

So others probably knew what happened with the rabbit.

trick? the childhood boyfriend made the boot for her but people would of thought that he killed the rabbit not her right. i am sure its to makes us think that the wolf was the her childhood boyfriend

But Valerie may have told people about the mittens/boots and the rabbit. It was a pretty small town.

Its the best chance her father smelled the blood strong on her back then. Werewolves keep their enhanced senses even in wolf form. He would be able to smell the blood on her hands even though she washed them.

Her father, being a werewolf, was keeping tabs on his kid in the woods and saw her kill the rabbit.

In the original script he (her father) says he was going to turn Lucie into a werewolf because she was the oldest, but since she wasn't his child...
