Should I keep watching? Admittedly I came from watching Andor the night before, so my bar is set high.

Anytime someone mentions they are enthralled by some Marvel BS or Star Wars, I have to pause and see where the comments are coming from. I wasn't crazy about The Watcher. It was OK, but certainly not awful.

This is funny because I just watched Andor before jumping into this show as well, and yes, Andor is absolutely fantastic. It's like Chernobyl meets Star Wars. Deadly serious.

I kept going. I suspected who The Watcher was in those early episodes, and I thought I was right, but then the final episode is frustrating. Maybe keep going, though it's hard to take some of the characters seriously when one is the pro golfer Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore and the other Stifler's Mom from American Pie.

Oh the small town aspect was relatable, I laughed at the neighbours with the fold out chairs on the front lawn. Where it lost me was the stupid notes and the dumb voice with it. Way overdone.

Maybe I should give it another chance. If they can tone down the cliche mystery notes, it might get better.
