Where was the dinosaur in this movie?

I saw the trailer to this movie in one of those previews at the beginning of DVDs. This is what I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Ihlciq5V_0

Turns out the trailer was much more exciting than the actual movie, but my biggest question is "where was the dinosaur in this movie?" That dinosaur was a selling point for movie in this movie, and I didn't see it. So where was it?

That was a fake rat and it might've been cut for the final copy, it was part of the protests going on outside.

Nah, wasn't cut out. Must say that when I first saw the trailer online I also thought it was a dinosaur (thought perhaps it was an hallucination sequence).
