Nice Movie But the Ending Was Cheesy. SPOILERS!

Not for nothing but the ending to this movie made no sense whatsoever. So a grownup Zoe brings a couple of Denny’s fans to go & see him. A father & his young son. The father introduces himself & his son to Denny & the kid says “My name is Enzo!”

Then Zoe gives her dad that knowing look with a smile, & Denny likewise returns the smile with a glance at Zoe indicating that he understands. Oh bullshit! The only reason you & I know that the kid may have been a reincarnated Enzo is naturally we watched the whole thing from his point of view hearing his thoughts & how he wanted to be a man after he died.

Forget the fact how does a dog know or care about reincarnation, how in the hell would Zoe or Denny know or suspect Enzo’s wishes? What? They were privy to his thoughts? Yeah ok. That’s the dumb part of this film that of course they threw out there.

The “twist” we all saw coming but the way the movie chose to do it was stupid. Otherwise it was a very charming film.
