Beware of immediately seeing movies that are hyped to the max.

The first time I saw this movie (when it first came out) I gave it a really low rating. I did not see what the big deal was. I thought, "meh."

Four years later, I watched it again, and really enjoyed it. For me, I guess it's always best to go in with either no, or low expectations. If it turns out to be bad or so-so, well I didn't really expect much. But, if it is at least reasonably good, then it is a pleasant surprise. Second time around, I was pleasantly surprised.

How I feel about most comedies. Didn't see this until red box thought it was all pms this and pms that and menopause only girls can laugh. Totally wrong

I agree. The first time I saw it, I didn't think much of it because of the mega-hype which preceded it.

When I watched it two years or so later on cable, alone, at home, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and still watch it semi-regularly, and enjoy it every time.
