I thought Bridemaids was really funny! Did it not make enough money for a sequel to be considered? Were the actors not interested? If The Hangover got two sequels, Bridemaids was surely worthy of at least one.

shareI love this movie but I wouldn't like a sequel. I actually kind of like it when a movie remains "stand-alone."
The movie made more than enough money. wiig obviously realizes that this movie is a classic and there's simply no way to top it, so rather than cashing in she decided to leave it as is. And I respect her for it.
