Since when did being an ugly lesbian count as good comedic acting?

#MelissaMcCarthy topic

Excuse me??? Melissa is married, and the mother of two children! And yes, she was terrific in this movie. What's your problem?

McCarthy's character not a lesbian in the film either. Not that it matters. I do admit that there are moments of display in her various films, where they are trying to show how rough & gruff she can be. It comes off a bit contrived. But she is by no means horrible.

Lesbian? Did you not see the part where her and that Air Marshal were having sex with a sandwich at the end?

I'm sorry that you feel badly about yourself. Things will get better. Being a crap monster on a message board is only a quick fix.

Trouble is, Melissa's character isn't gay. Remember that 'sex scene' at the end, with her and that guy she met on the airplane? As for her looks, she can't do much about them, but is no less attractive then the average woman of her body type.

You don't deserve an answer to this topic, but here it is: Melissa is not gay, and even if she is, what the hell does that matter? And she is not ugly, she is 40+ and overweight but watch her in GIlmore's, she is beautiful.
Also, if you want to watch movie with only pretty young women, I suggest porn. Comedies are not for you.
