Couple of observations that don't seem to have been mentioned

Firstly I think Melissa McCarthy has been seriously undermentioned here. I love her acting in this, I think she is superb. One of my favourite scenes with her which may be a surprise to some people as it seems to be one of the lesser mentioned scenes on here is the gathering at the beginning (not sure if it’s the engagement party). Melissa is telling Annie when she fell into the sea and met a dolphin down there. I love how she says “Yeah oh *beep* Yeah, oh *beep* and how she starts to well up talking about her life-changing experience. Then when the black guy shows up by Annie’s side she quickly changes and introduces herself to who she thinks is Annie’s boyfriend, her acting is so good there, it feels like a real-life situation.

Also I really like the bond that develops between Becca and Rita, don’t think anyone has talked about that on here.

Argh! Who would have thought a whale would be so heavy?!!!
