Am I the only one slightly confused as to who the father was?

It seemed like it was the love match guy's son but Bridgette married the other guy - so she has both men in her life. A husband and a baby daddy .. and they're all happy about the situation which is highly unrealistic.

It was Mark's baby.

Mark says at the end of the movie that it is his son.

But mark said he would love the baby no matter what. Don't understand why Jack would be watching Bridget and mark get married if he wasn't the father of the baby. He was into Bridget after all

That's what I thought. I thought Mark said "My Son" meaning he was the kid's father for all practical purposes and had been raising him with Bridget, and would be her husband and the legal father, etc. But Jack being there holding the kid if he wasn't even the biological father seemed odd. To me it was ambiguous and maybe intentionally so.

I preferred Jack for Bridget but I knew it would be Mark.

Both guys got very involved with Bridget. We all need all the friends we can get.
