Great soundtrack to a poor movie
Does anyone else think the soundtrack was whole lot better than the movie?

shareThroughout the movie I kept having "oh, I like this song!" moments. It has a great track, for an unfortunately not so great movie.
shareI actually felt the opposite. I thought the movie was great but I cannot stand the annoying Ed Sheeran.
shareSame. I though the soundtrack was pretty disapppointing, compared to the gems Diary & Edge of Reasons, soundtracks were (Diary being my favorite). The only ones I liked were, in a way, the title track (only because it was a great closing scene song, not one of Ellie Goulding's finest), the one heard during Bridget & Mark's night together and when he carries her to the hospital. The one heard during the trailers & TV spots. And the "oldies" (walk on by, just my imagination and, I heard it through the grapevine), with my biggest disappointment being "stay", left out of the CD, when it was heard during one of the key moments of the movie. The rest was either underwhelming, easily forgettable, or even, overkill (we are family, really?!...).
shareHorrible songs, demonstrating the death of popular music today. The music was even worse than the writing, direction, and acting.
