Printer/fax scene

Can someone please tell me which Columbo film the printer/fax scene was in as it's my favourite Columbo scene/moment?

It's the one where Columbo is waiting for a fax machine (I think it was a fax machine so I'll call it that) to print out some information about a suspect and it keeps printing and printing and every time the machine stops for a moment and Columbo think it's finally done it start printing again. It's like never ending. The whole scene is hilarious including when he leaves and gets into to the elevator and then seconds later the door opens and he comes back to get his cigar he left behind. Does anyone know the scene I'm talking about?

I think it was the Tricon Industries scene in Exercise in Fatality, Season 4, Ep1, where he is waiting for a dot-matrix computer printout from the Mainframe, with, as was always the case in the 1970's and 80's, a bunch of "mag tape" drives spinning in the background.
