Ruth and who-is-it on the Season 6 & 7 box

There's a picture-- on the little DVD slipcover, not on the outside of the box-- of Ruth Gordon talking to someone who is not Peter Falk, or in fact, anyone else in the episode "Try and Catch Me". I think the people who designed the box thought it was a scene from the episode, but it's not.

Took me a while to recognize him-- I knew he was the Killer in Kay Freestone's bloody TV Movie a few episodes later. But he's not in this one, is he?...

It's James Frawley-- the director of Try and Catch Me. This is a shot of Ruth and him working on the episode. Looks like the scene on the pier. Maybe they ran out of photos and thought they could pass him off as the Lieutenant. But it's obviously not.
