COLUMBO 2016

Way past his prime but still on the force due to a grandfather clause that does not bestow mandatory retirement on him Columbo is put on the case of a gang banger found dead in a dumpster behind Ralphs Supermarket. Columbo decides his prime suspect is MS-13 gang-banger Carlos Jimenez→http://i.imgur.com/ALOaDQz.jpg Columbo gets the lab guys using their state of the art equipment to create a digital recording of the deceased using the dead mans cell phone telling Jimenez that he is still alive and challenging him to meet him in the L.A. Coliseum parking lot. Columbo slips up when he sends the recording to Jimenez voice mail from his home forgetting about caller ID. Later on Columbo receives word while at the Protologist that his wife has been kidnapped and his Peugeot has just exploded. At this moment he realizes these illegal alien gangs have some hard bark on them and LA is No County For Old Men.
