When Indy goes to his neighbor who is playing the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour too loud, there is a smiley actress who really looks like Karen Allen. What's the point?

Why can't it be Karen Allen herself? Was the woman young in the picture?

Yes, she was young. I think maybe she could have been their daughter, but it wasn't mentioned.
