Thats a very interesting question and I don't have the answer to. Maybe there are some astute readers on here that could provide a detailed answer

For Godzilla being a firebreather (Atomic Breath) you know je belches which is a reverse fart.

King Kong being a herbivore would veru much indeed be a farter.

Have either of them farted in a movie?

Who knows, and I prefer NOT knowing??!!

I haven't seen all the Godzilla films but the ones I have seen, no he doesn't. I have seen all the King Kong films except for the 1930s sequel Son of Kong and no there is no farting scenes. He does however get drunk from narcotic berry juice in the original King Kong Vs. Godzilla though.
