It's just a gang of Hulk's in this movie? Teaming up against the Serpent Society?
Or an alliance between the Serpent Society and The Leader while Thunderbolt Ross is something of an obstacle for Sam Wilson. I'd be surprised if he goes Red Hulk in this movie. But maybe they need something for the 20 minute climax.
