Why would anyone go to this hectic place?

On S1, Ep 3 watching a line of customers order sandwiches while the staff are having a major meltdown, shouting f bombs, screaming over each others voices. Sheesh, they are all going to get indigestion before even taking their first bite. I don’t care how tasty that sandwich might be, I’d rather lunch on homemade pbj or even a hot pocket than deal than walk into that mess.

There's an episode of Seinfeld featuring a character known as "The Soup Nazi".

He screams and shouts at the customers and insists they follow his strict, regimented process or he will refuse their order. "No soup for you!" he will scream at them if they step out of line.

A classic, and based on a real guy and restaurant. Still, not for me. I like good service and good food, not just one out of two.
