Why is he always practically naked?
shareThey've done this since season 1 episode one. Why? I don't know.
shareIts a running joke. He's last and has no ambition unless pushed. He's naked as he usually doesn't leave the house unless it's school or he's hanging out with his buds.
Also the writers probably think of him as eye candy.
