You could be more specific. I have only seen a handful of episodes and I like it fine.
I do however dislike a few things.
This show makes me dislike homos more. Their scenes are so acted I cannot believe real gay people are like that. I did like the gay wedding episode. It was well written and enjoyable.
I dislike that fact that Phil and Claire are so moronic. This is evident when his station wagon falls into a ravine. Can't this college educated man use a brake pedal?
And their role playing in the hotel always ends bad. How can they be so stupid? It was funny the first time, but the second time I couldn't believe it.

OP is saying the show is bad now. And they're right. It's not as creative and the once-lovable characters are becoming detestable.
The episodes you mentioned are all good ones (and not coincidentally within the first 5 seasons--where the magic really happens.)
