Season 7 in syndication (on my local channels, anyway)

They started about a week (or two?) ago. They had just run the first two seasons in order, back and forth between the two channels, and now they are doing the same thing with season 7. BTW I really enjoyed the season two finale this time - with my new policy of paying more attention, I have now identified all the callbacks to the season 2 episodes. One that always threw me for a loop is when Luke, in the clips for Jay's birthday video, says something about Jay giving him a sip of beer, which is something that almost happened in a later season. But because I was looking, I saw that Luke was wearing a space helmet, from the episode with the smoke alarms (you also hear a chirp).

I love when they start the just past season because it's generally my first time to see the episodes again, unless I happened to see some over the summer. Also I somehow enjoy the show more by itself at these other times - just before, and about an hour after, prime time. I find it harder to pay attention in prime time because I watch the whole two hour block (2-1/2 hours with the first rerun!) and I'm "full" by the second hour!

This afternoon they had the episode with Mitchell's birthday, when they ended up outside Barbra Streisand's house with Ray Liotta. I particularly enjoyed Cam teaching Lily how to attract the Canadian boy, and then Lily using his pointers on the boy's father.
