He obviously hasn't done his homework with his "Omega-3" recommendations....

Oh no! That's terrible! People are trying to improve their health and their lifestyles, and they may actually be harming them because of greedy corporations. I can only imagine a person starting to take fish oil supplements to optimize his or her health only to get sicker because of it.

Fish oil supplements aren't bad. You just have to do your research and find one that is the best you can buy. Don't go for the mainstream ones from say Shoppers, Walmart, Cosco lol. Go to a health food stores that have high end supplements. You might pay more but its worth it.

I don't watch every show (in fact, I record them and end up not watching more than not), but I've never heard him recommend a brand. He did discuss with Dr. Mercola the benefits of krill oil, and I have since taken krill oil instead of any other kind. And we pay more for the brand for the very reason that we don't know what's in the generics. I'm surprised to find TwinLabs on the list of supplements with PCBs. I thought they were more reputable than that. As someone else said, he does mention flax seed a lot, too.

We take Schiff MegaRed krill oil supplements and previously took Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil, which even our young son liked.

Is there not a list of those with the PCBs? I found only a list of companies to contact.
