hes talking about vitamin c to get rid of wrinkles. i mean is that real, is there actually proof that it will get rid of them?

Vit. C is necessary for collagen health, but as long as a person has adequate intake, there's no evidence that excess Vit. C does any more good than normal intake. Once your body has enough, that's it. Extra Vit. C is excreted in the urine.
