I had wanted to watch for years. It is slow and not much happens, but I don't mind these types of movies (my wife would have killed me if I made her watch it). Interesting that the rapist turns out to be the hero (if you see protecting mankind as a goal). Just a few retorts to a few other posts: SJ has a wonderful body. If you think her butt is too big or in the same category of Kim Kardashian you must live in a world of models/stick figures and/or have never seen KK's butt and/or not be into butts (which is ok). The scene with the infant on the beach is upsetting. The makers of this films must have called The Duffer Brothers and told them that they want royalties on the Upside Down.

Scarlett is reason enough to watch this movie. But what was the reason she lured those men to their deaths? I saw no purpose to it.

Scarlett played a very convincing Scottish woman to me...who ended up being an alien learning sympathy. The dude at the end was still something of a bad guy as you ended up liking the alien girl more as the film progressed.

And yeah her booty cheeks were some of my favorite parts of this film (and the Avengers). In my experience the people who complain about it either have low testosterone, or have a fetish of making love with walls.
