I liked this much more than the book
Is that wrong of me to say? The book didn't have the same conspiracy, good guys vs bad guys, and was missing a lot of the other characters. Who else read the book, and what was your impression of it?

shareI greatly preferred the show. If I had read the book first, I probably wouldn't have watched the show.
shareIt's so strange, because generally (at least 90% of the time) I say the books are better than their tv/movie counter-parts. Here's a case where the televised one actually seemed to be doing something right, and it gets cancelled.
Go figure.
Brains are good, especially when sauteed with carmelized onions.
I agree. Robert J. Sawyer is by far my favorite writer, but this show? This cast? The storylines and dialogue? Sometimes cheesy, but realistic.
TOP 5:
1 Dominic Monaghan
2 Damon Albarn
3 Ewan McGregor
4 John Cho
5 Misha Collins
I read Flash Forward in 2004.
And it is one of the best novels I've ever read. But the TV adaptation was hardly anything like the book at all and extremely disappointing
