In the IMDb review for this film, the reviewer said that some jokes such as 'my mum gave a hand job to a mystic' will go un-noticed. I feel stupid cos I don't get this joke...can someone explain it to me please?

Not so much a joke as a line you don't expect to hear ever in your life. Ever.
