I have never seen one this bad and yet this popular before.
It was tough to sit through.. but i kept fighting it out till the end (on video)

Honestly, i don't know where to begin. it's that bad :(
I tried to think of one positive aspect of it and came up empty handed.

This movie is a prime example of the formulaic cookie cutter garbage that hollywood pumps out non stop and disturbing is how many people flock to it and defend it.

The directing was bad, the script was bad, the actors were bad and the CGI was bad.
But i guess what can you expect when you intend on making a movie about a board game.
When are they putting out Hungry Hungry Hippo the Movie ?

That famous for no reason Rihanna my man slapped me around now tween love me deserve an Oscar for her performance on this..
she draws in the tweens..

Oh look a jumping robitic ocean frog from space.. shoots stupid grenades
while aliens don't even posses a weapon that has bullets or lasers etc.
i guess a flying ship or boat is too advanced for Aliens that crossed space ?

Anyway the bad CGI will entertain the kiddiots with lots of CGI explosions and green screen drama..

The army styled macho douche bags will get off on the blatant heroism.. of an unlikable character (all of them)

Chicks will dig the obligatory romance angle and the inevitable marriage..

anyone out there likes this movie needs to stay clear away from me !
this movie is s symptom of the entropy of the human brain.

sadly this movie will be tweaked slightly and re-posted again and again ..

would have been better with Miley Cyrus replacing Rhinna..
same person diff skin color..

Just seen it.What can I say but total rubbish from start to finish.With that budget just think what they could have made.

not too many with space ships that jump around on water like frogs..

oh and by the way i have seen billions of them..
it used to be a good thing going and renting a movie.
i started back when my video store still had Beta tapes.

Coming this Summer....Hungry Hungry Hippos, the movie!
"When giant hippos from space attack the Earth, it's up to one gang of misfits to save the planet."

I won't bother defending this movie, since you probably went in expecting it to be good and was disappointed. i've found i need to go into a movie with very low expectations, as it's the only way to not feel like I've wasted my time and money watching it.

It’s ridiculous to critique a movie with the argument 'it's not real, so it doesn't matter'

I agree, not so much of a movie. I have a question for everyone. How did Peter Berg get $209Million to make this movie. Being serious, I would have laughed this movie and budget out the studio door if they ask me to green light this film, unless it was and only James Cameron because he would have made it work somehow.
